Low-Assembly MSB Series

The MSB series linear guides feature a four-row ball bearing design with arc-shaped contact surfaces and a 45° contact angle, providing the same rated load capacity in all four directions—radial, reverse-radial, and lateral. They can be used in various installation configurations along the X, Y, and Z axes, and allow for uniform preloading while maintaining low friction resistance, thereby enhancing rigidity in all four load-bearing directions. This makes them particularly well-suited for high-precision and high-load motion applications.

    Product Features

The MSB series linear guides feature a four-row ball bearing design with arc-shaped contact surfaces and a 45° contact angle, providing the same rated load capacity in all four directions—radial, reverse-radial, and lateral. They can be used in various installation configurations along the X, Y, and Z axes, and allow for uniform preloading while maintaining low friction resistance, thereby enhancing rigidity in all four load-bearing directions. This makes them particularly well-suited for high-precision and high-load motion applications.

The patented lubrication oil circuit design ensures uniform injection of lubricating grease into each circulation loop, delivering optimal lubrication performance regardless of the installation method. This enhances overall smoothness of movement and extends service life, thereby meeting the demands for high precision, high reliability, and smooth, stable linear motion.

    Low assembly, four-way equal-load design

The cross-sectional design with a lower slider height, combined with a 4-row ball bearing design featuring a 45° arc contact angle, not only provides the same rated load capacity in four directions—radial, reverse radial, and lateral—but also allows for sufficient preload to enhance rigidity, making it suitable for a variety of installation methods.

    Smooth walking performance, low noise

The ball return path features a simple, smooth design, and the ball circulation components are made of impact-resistant, reinforced synthetic resin, ensuring smooth operation and low noise levels.

    Has automatic self-aligning capability

The arc-shaped groove design of the positive combination (DF combination) gives it automatic self-aligning capability. Even when preloaded, it can absorb installation errors and maintain smooth, stable, and highly precise linear motion.

    Has the property of interchangeability

Under strict manufacturing precision control, dimensions can be maintained within stable tolerances. Therefore, for interchangeable linear guides, the sliders can be freely matched to slides of the same model during assembly, while still maintaining consistent smoothness, preload, and accuracy. This makes assembly and maintenance exceptionally easy.

Single-axis robot – KP (Black) series

The single-axis robot’s distinctive modular design, featuring a dual combination of ball screws and linear guides, significantly streamlines installation and replacement processes while ensuring long service life. Compared to conventional linear-stage systems, which require careful selection of guiding and driving components, repeated adjustments and rigorous testing, and often suffer from bulky dimensions and space constraints, the KP single-axis robot series offers a cost-effective solution. It provides advantages such as convenient installation, rapid integration, high rigidity, and a compact footprint, thereby reducing both the client’s installation time and the required environmental space for deployment. The contact surfaces between the four-way equal-load ball bearings and the bearing grooves are all designed at a 45° angle.
