    High-Load Series

    Feature

    PMI has improved the FSVH and FSDH models (including the contact angle between the steel balls and threads, steel ball diameter, and return method), increasing the rated dynamic load by more than twice the level of the previous model (FSVC).

    Long lifespan

    The circulation structure adopted by PMI ensures uniform load distribution within the nut, thereby extending the service life of the ball screw. In the previous model (FSVC), the circulation path involved a return tube that was inserted vertically into the ball groove, creating an oblique angle. As the balls entered the return tube, they would collide with the tube and bounce back into it. In contrast, the FSVH series features a circulation structure in which the balls enter the return tube tangentially—aligning with the lead angle—thus enabling smooth entry into the return tube and significantly enhancing the service life of the circulation mechanism.

    High DN value

    PMI employs a tangential circulation design that pairs steel balls with a return track, making it suitable for high-speed applications with higher DN values.

    Low noise

    Because it employs a tangent-type circulation design, it can eliminate the noise generated when steel balls collide with the return pipe during their return flow.

     

    Diverse specification combinations

    PMI can manufacture standard specifications with shaft diameters ranging from 040 to 0120 mm and lead screws from 10 to 60 mm. (For special specification requirements, please contact our sales staff.)

    Recommended installation method for high-load screws

    To ensure that the screw shaft and nut experience uniformly distributed axial loads, we recommend using the installation method shown in Figure 7. This approach can prevent excessive wear on the screw shaft, nut, and steel balls, as well as uneven stress distribution during operation that could cause vibration, thereby effectively extending the service life of the ball screw.
