Ball spline—SL and SLF series: The SL and SZ series are available in two types—pre-assembled and single-piece. Both types share the same specification dimensions: 1. The pre-assembled type is cut to customer order by the manufacturer and shipped with the spline shaft and outer sleeve already assembled. Its assembly accuracy can reach precision-grade levels. 2. The single-piece type allows the spline shaft and outer sleeve to be shipped separately, making it more convenient for users. However, its assembly accuracy does not meet precision-grade standards. Despite this, the manufacturing process still features stringent quality controls, ensuring that the accuracy of the single-piece type has now reached world-class levels and that assembly is straightforward. Customers can independently procure the components and perform the assembly themselves.

Features
The SL and SZ series are available in two types: ready-to-mix and single-output. The specifications and dimensions of the two types are identical.
1. Freshly prepared
The spline shafts are cut and the spline outer sleeves are assembled according to customer orders by the manufacturer, and their assembly accuracy can reach precision levels.
2. Single-output type
The splined shaft and the splined outer sleeve can be shipped separately, making them more convenient to use. However, their combined precision cannot reach the precision-grade level. Nevertheless, strict quality controls are still maintained throughout the manufacturing process. As a result, the precision of the individually shipped components has now reached world-class standards, and they are easy to assemble. Customers can independently procure the parts, process them, and assemble them themselves—making the whole process remarkably straightforward.
