    1. Powerful dustproof design
    The newly designed stainless steel scraper blade in the TM series features a tiny gap maintained between it and the slide rail. Without increasing frictional resistance, this design effectively prevents foreign objects from entering the slide seat’s rail surface from below, striking a balance between smooth operation and extended service life of the slide seat. The standard-equipped end and bottom dust-sealing designs create an effective, airtight dust barrier, enhancing product longevity and reducing lubricant consumption, thereby ensuring long-lasting lubrication performance. The specially designed sealing lip strikes a balance between low friction resistance and unimpeded operational smoothness.
    2. High-rigidity reinforced steel sheet design
    The design features reinforced steel plates that completely encase the plastic end caps at both ends of the slider in a full-enclosure configuration. Stainless steel screws are used to securely fasten these end caps to the steel body of the slider, enhancing the rigidity and coverage of the end caps to withstand higher operating speeds—up to Vmax = 5 m/s—and maximum accelerations of αmax = 300 m/s². Moreover, the reinforced steel plates are designed in conjunction with dust-proof strips, enabling the stainless steel reinforcing plates to also function as scraping blades. (When no preload is applied, the maximum acceleration can reach up to 60 m/s².)

    The TM miniature ball linear guide series features a two-row ball circulation design.
