To ensure high machining accuracy of the equipment, the linear guide rail must exhibit high guiding precision and excellent motion stability. During operation, the workpiece generates large amounts of corrosive dust and fumes during the machining process. Over time, these fumes and dust tend to accumulate extensively on the surfaces of the guide rails and linear shafts, severely impacting the equipment's machining accuracy, causing corrosion spots on the surfaces of the guide rails and linear shafts, and thereby shortening the equipment's service life. Therefore, it is essential to perform thorough daily maintenance on the guide rails and linear shafts to ensure the machine operates smoothly and reliably, thus guaranteeing the quality of the manufactured products.

  Note: When cleaning MOSIONX linear guide rails, you’ll need to prepare a dry cotton cloth and lubricating oil. There are two types of guide rails: linear guide rails and roller guide rails.

  Cleaning the MOSIONX linear guide rail: First, move the laser head to the right (or left) side, locate the linear guide rail, and wipe it clean with a dry cotton cloth until it shines. Then, apply a small amount of lubricant and gently press the laser head back and forth several times to ensure the lubricant is evenly distributed.

  Roller rail cleaning: Move the crossbeam inward, open the end covers on both sides of the machine to access the rails, and use a dry cotton cloth to wipe the areas where the rails and rollers come into contact. Then, move the crossbeam to clean the remaining areas.
